Sundance Renovation - Addition & Kitchen
Location. Location. Location. This client didn't want to uproot their family out of their beautiful, established community and instead chose to update and add needed space to their home. This included expanding the kitchen and adding a nook on the main floor, and adding a large rec room to the lower level.

The kitchen was enlarged, the cabinetry updated and a large nook with a vaulted ceiling was added, complete with a sitting area and stone fireplace.

The lower level once stopped at the computer desk seen below; the addition transformed the layout of their lower level and allowed separate spaces for the pool table, fooseball and lounge area for watching TV.

The new view from an upstairs bedroom shows just how much space was added. Great attention was also paid to the outdoor spaces, including a large deck and beautiful landscape design.
