This home was built by Newcastle Homes, and the client now wanted to develope their estate home walk-out basement. Forward thinking in their approach to design and function, the focus was on making the walk-out an integral part of their family living space until the children were adults.

Attention was given to ensure proper space for entertaining as evidenced by the large, U shaped wet bar with full cabinets, a built-in wall unit complete with large screen TV and recessed full surround sound. The multi-functional office included two spacious work stations for doing homework, and opened up to the rec room with double french doors.

The bathroom included a tiled steam shower with multiple body sprays and seamless glass door, a cedar sauna and custom vanity cabinetry with a tower and beautiful vessel sink.
