Strathridge #1 - Vestibule & Remodel
This home was a seven year old former showhome and the clients needed a renovation to accommodate an office and boardroom for their business. A private, sound proof, large office complete with structured wiring was created next to the stairs.
We also updated the upper floor bedrooms and improved the lower level family room to better suit their family's lifestyle.

Lastly, we added a vestibule onto the front of the house to create a grander entrance. The picture below shows the original front door in the foreground, with a replicated arch and new wood front door in the background.
