CLIENT PROCESS

While everyone’s project has its own timeline and specification, there is a similar process that most of our clients work through.

 

  • Call or Email one of our design and sales representatives to set up a time and location to meet, preferably at the property you want to renovate.
  • Consider the rooms and areas you are looking to renovate.  The more prepared you are with your 'wish list', the more our representative will be able to help you.
  • Our representative will take notes and may take pictures during the first meeting.  They will then prepare a Scope of Work and present it back to you to verify.
  • After we have received verification that this is what you are looking to renovate, we will calculate a Budget Range, and present it to you.
  • If required, our In-house Designer will draw up the renovation plans to ensure we are accurately pricing and preparing for the renovation.
  • Once the budget and scope of work are finalized, it's time to sign the Contract documents.
  • We will then give you a list of vendors to meet in order to Finalize your Choices.
  • Along with the vendor list, we will also discuss Scheduling and a realistic start time.  It may be beneficial to delay the start time while you work through your decisions, rather than to rush the Start Date.
  • A Project Supervisor and Client Co-ordinator will be assigned to your renovation.  They will be your 'lifeline' regarding your choices, scheduling, and any other items that you may encounter during the renovation.
  • Close to completion of the renovation, we will arrange with you to complete a walkthrough of your home to ensure our quality standards are met.
  • We will continue to work with you during the warranty period to ensure the quality of your renovations.
