Christie Estates - Interior Remodel
Our renovation in Christie Estates was a full house renovation as the client wanted an updated look throughout. To realize the client's desires, some structural changes were made, which allowed us to provide the fresh, functional and new look they were going for.
The old living room with a bay window became a larger dining room more suited to the entertaining needs of the client. New crown moulding, hardwood, openings and bright wall colors were used to complete this new look.

The staircase in the foyer had a dated look and was freshened up with new railing, hardwood stairs, slate at the front entrance and updated wall colors.
The client enjoys the occassional 'home spa' day so a larger more functional tub area was created as well as a new vanity with a tower and a larger fully tiled shower with full height seamless glass walls. Heated floors were added to make the area warm and relaxing.

The old dining room and kitchen were combined and remodeled to create a large family orientated working kitchen with a prep island and an island with an eating bar. The original dining room bump out was incorporated into the large cooktop area with additional side windows for light. The old style sunshine ceiling was replaced with recessed pot lights as well as over and under counter lighting. A spectacular hood fan and all stainless steel appliances were installed and cork flooring was used to finish the look.
